Job Description

Missouri Delta Medical Center, an independent, community-based acute care hospital, is seeking a Rheumatologist to join a collegial and mission-driven team in Sikeston, Missouri. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding practice while making a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

Practice Highlights
• 100% outpatient, no inpatient call or responsibilities
• Flexible 4-day workweek w/ hybrid (remote + onsite) options
• Manage a diverse range of cases, including rare & complex conditions
• Join an established practice w/ mentorship from an experienced Rheumatologist
• Patient-centered schedule: 15-20 patients/day once established, w/ flexibility
• Open to full-time or part-time candidates
• Visa sponsorship available
• Supported by strong subspecialty services including Psychiatry, Urology, & Gynecologic Oncology
• Nationally recognized for patient safety excellence

Compensation & Benefits
• $400K Base
• $50K sign on with $20K relocation
• $2-$4K fellowship stipend
• Full student loan repayment
