PATIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

Temporary PositionJOB SCOPE:Oversees day to day front desk operations of the clinic, scheduling, and billing. Provides excellent customer care.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Answers clinic phone line during business hours and makes reminder calls as neededCommunicates with insurance companies in regards to referrals, prior authorizations and other insurance related issuesKeeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.Maintains office condition and requests repairs as neededProvides general support to the clinical staffUnder the guidance of front desk supervisor manages clinicians’ and prescribers’ schedules.Covers front desk as neededTakes clients’ referral information, triages urgency of the appointment, verifies insuranceRuns and distributes reports as assigned by an administrator and clinic supervisor.Other duties as assigned by Clinic Director and Clinic Supervisor.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum Bachelor degree is requiredMinimum of 5 years of administrative experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal
