As part of your role, you have the flexibility to choose your caseload, whether you prefer to handle 10 to 30 billable hours weekly. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Holistic Mind Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices.

• Offering outpatient mental health treatments to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies and collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists for comprehensive care.

• Providing a range of therapeutic interventions, including supportive therapy, stress management, skills training, and couples counseling.

• Continuously assessing client needs and modifying treatment plans accordingly to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Documenting all therapy sessions and maintaining patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational practices.

• Participating actively in clinical team meetings to ensure cohesive client care across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. We emphasize providing care to clients in high-need situations, including those in intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D., recognized within the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services in outpatient settings.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
