Browse our Marketing team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.Job Description:Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and propose initiatives to streamline operational processesAccomplish influencers’ legal requirements such as cover forms, order forms, and general terms and conditionsRespond to queries related to contract clauses, taxes, and paymentsReview contracts and quotations from influencers, talent management agencies, and suppliersEnsure accurate computation of influencer fees, affiliate commissions, and applicable taxesWork closely with internal teams and external partner in ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts and paymentsAssist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to influencer cost, affiliate commissions, and supplier feesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related fieldAt least 2 years of work experience in contract administration, audit, financial planning, budget management, or similar roleProfessional certification/license such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plusStrong grasp of numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsKnowledgeable in legal terminology and finance/tax requirementsProblem solver and critical thinkerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with administrative processes and budget planningDetail-oriented, reliable, and good team player in a fast-paced work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
