Ads Social Marketing Manager, Netflix As the Ads Social Marketing Manager you will lead the creation and execution of B2B social strategies for Netflix Ads across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, email, and emerging B2B channels. You will translate advertising research, product innovations, and thought‑leadership narratives into compelling, audience‑first content for media buyers, CMOs, planners, and industry influencers, building awareness, consideration, and preference for Netflix Ads. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated social and digital strategies that support Ads go‑to‑market campaigns, product launches, research releases, industry events, and client success stories. Translate Ads Marketing narratives into fit‑for‑platform content frameworks for priority B2B audiences. Design and run always‑on and campaign‑based social programs, using experimentation and data to refine formats, posting cadence, and narrative angles. Serve as the primary social partner for Ads Marketing, aligning messaging, go‑to‑market plans, and channel roadmaps with global and regional priorities. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Comms, Brand, Sales, Product, Executive Communications) to amplify announcements, media stories, and thought‑leadership content. Manage day‑to‑day executive and brand social presence, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and consistent Netflix voice across networking platforms. Define target audiences, build engagement strategies, and track performance against KPIs—reach, engagement quality, traffic to Ads properties, and event interest. Identify and scale high‑performing content formats, influence future narratives, and contribute to a B2B social measurement framework. Background & Specific Skills 7+ years in social media management, B2B content marketing, or digital communications within media, advertising, technology, or publishing. Deep expertise in LinkedIn and other B2B social platforms; proven track record building multi‑channel strategies that support brand and product narratives. Experience partnering with marketing, sales, product, research, and communications teams to create cohesive, audience‑first narratives. Excellent written and verbal communication, sharp editorial judgment, and the ability to distill complex content into clear, engaging stories. Proficiency with data, experimentation, and analytics to optimize content and browse insights for continuous improvement. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Strong relationship‑building skills across local and global cross‑functional teams. High tolerance for change and a capacity to thrive in an ambitious, high‑performance culture. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $177,000 – $306,000.
