Systems Administrator

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Systems and Desktop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our client's IT infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a full‑time position but we will consider part‑time. Remote and on‑site work is necessary. Travel to clients within the Denver Metro area is required. You must have your own reliable transportation. Duties Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for computers, printers, servers and network devices Perform system upgrades and migrations Monitor system performance and ensure reliability Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and networks Implement security measures to protect data and systems Required Skills Previous experience in IT services or consulting Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Strong knowledge of Computer Science principles Familiarity with Computer Management tools Ability to vaticinate future IT needs and trends Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11, Office applications and Office 365 Certification in relevant IT fields or College degree in related IT fields required Desired Skills Proficiency with Windows Server 2012 – 2022 Proficiency with MAC OSX and/or Linux Working knowledge of Azure AD, Intune and SharePoint Experience implementing and maintaining firewalls, routers and switches (Checkpoint, SonicWALL, Cisco) Benefits This position offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
