This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing therapists to connect with clients through telehealth platforms while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our clinic operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured work routine to support therapists in managing their caseload effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, behavioral, and relational needs, focusing particularly on issues related to divorce and relationship counseling.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including structural family, strategic, systems, narrative, transgenerational, and communication therapy.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique goals and preferences of clients.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to empower their recovery journey.

• Monitor clients' progress meticulously and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of marriage and family therapy, integrating new knowledge into therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to foster a collaborative work environment.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and work towards reducing mental health stigma within the community.

Qualifications\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
