This position allows for a flexible remote work setup, enabling counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own space while still benefiting from our outpatient office resources. Our team works collaboratively during business hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. No evening or weekend shifts are required, ensuring a healthy work-life balance that is a priority for us. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess and document their progress, mental stability, and treatment engagement.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health statuses, diagnoses, and treatment necessary for recovery.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide holistic care and ensure a robust treatment network for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client population, including individuals struggling with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The compensation structure operates on a fee-for-service model, which includes guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections. Other financial incentives such as bonus opportunities are available.
