About the Position

Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: 2+ years in a strong cardiac background License: Active RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Ability to read telemetry strips - Experience performing cardiac drips Description: Position includes rotating shifts of days, evenings, and nights, with weekend obligations. The unit is a 24-bed medical cardiology unit. Skills required include telemetry and cardiology. Candidates should have experience with post-catheterization care, including PCI, ICD, PPM, and ablation. Experience with TR Band and femoral approach is also required. The RN to patient ratio is 1:5 during days and 1:6 during nights. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a traveler.
