Project Support Specialist (PM, Change, Process, Technical) – Accounting TransformationRemote, United States Duration: 12–18 Months Openings: 2–3 Positions Employment Type: ContractSupport a critical initiative to modernize and optimize global accounting operations through cutting-edge tools and structured transformation processes. The project spans project management, change management, process redesign, and technical solution development (including Power Platform tools).Role ResponsibilitiesProject Management Support:Assist in setting up project governance structures.Build and manage project plans with defined milestones and tollgates.Track issues, escalate risks, and manage project status reporting and financials.Process & Change Management:Generate, analyze, and refine data critical for future-state organization design.Maintain and support evolving policies, job descriptions, and taxonomy updates.Lead or support communication planning and change readiness activities.Technical Enablement:Advise and support use of Power Automate and Power Apps to develop business solutions.Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and create secure, scalable workflows.Ensure thorough documentation and conduct rigorous testing of all technical deliverables.Required Skills & Qualifications5–10 years in a hybrid role involving PMO, process transformation, and technical delivery.Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).Strong documentation and communication skills; experience in cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive adoption of new solutions.Preferred:Experience in accounting, finance, or shared services environments.Familiarity with AI-enhanced process automation.
