About the Role The Global Delivery Partnerships (GDP) team doesn't just manage relationships; we build the future of food delivery alongside the world's most iconic brands. Basic Qualifications At least 5+ years of full‑time experience Experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or BD within high‑growth environments. Comfort leading a room of C‑suite stakeholders and can navigate complex, matrixed organizations with ease. Strong data and analytical skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Industry Depth: You know the ins and outs of Food Delivery, QSR, or large‑scale retail. Model Mastery: You have a deep understanding of Delivery‑as‑a‑Service (1P) and Marketplace (3P) dynamics. Growth Mindset: You've successfully led Joint Business Planning (JBP) and know how to scale performance marketing initiatives. Complexity Specialist: You have a knack for simplifying the complex and moving fast in a world of moving parts. Compensation and Benefits For Chicago, IL‑based roles: The total on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this position is US $191,429 - $212,857. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of US $57,429 - $63,857. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full‑time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
