Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Title : Senior Desktop Support Specialist (Executive Support) Location : Fully Onsite in West Palm Beach Overview We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and technically skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our clients IT team. This fully onsite role involves providing hands-on technical support to end-users within the office and, on occasion, assisting VP-level executives by setting up and maintaining workstations in their homes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and comfortable interacting with individuals at all organizational levels. Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Assist users in connecting to VPNs and resolving connectivity issues. Analyze system performance and troubleshoot problems related to TCP/IP networking. Maintain accurate documentation of support requests using ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to user inquiries and providing effective solutions. Skills Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop applications. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networking concepts. Experience with SCCM, VPN configurations, and remote desktop support tools. Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing technical issues effectively. Proven ability to provide high-quality technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy is a plus.
