Business Analyst

Business AnalystThe Business Analyst will support the Sales and Operations teams by executing tasks related to the Quote to Cash processes. The Business Analyst will generate and distribute sales related reporting to the management team as necessary and be directly involved in new customer onboarding and current customer support.In this role, you will:Sales Order Management:Assist in the creation of customer quotes for product needs in SAP coordinating pricing with Oso SalesCreate sales orders in SAP and process to completionInvoice customers in SAP based on product deliveriesSales Reporting:Update and manage the Sales Pipeline ReportGenerate various historical sales reports for managementCreate Enverus fed activity based reports for SalesOperations Support:Various Logistics related tasksAncillary part sales processingAny activities that reside in the Operations teamOther key activities:Represent Oso at various industry related conferences e.g. SPESupport the Vice President of Business Development in customer engagement such as meetings and reportingMinimal travel required (must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company driver requirement to operate a company vehicle while traveling)Perform other duties as assignedRequired and Preferred Abilities:1-3 years of relevant experienceERP experience preferably in SAP (1-2 years)Interpersonal skills and effective communication with all levels both verbally and in writingHighly motivated and able to work with minimum of supervision in a multi-task, dynamic team environmentProficient in understanding the Quote to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report processesReview financial statements and understand generally accepted accounting principlesHighly Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPointWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate with fingers, handle, or feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and reach with hands and armsRequired to talk or hearLift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. (SEF Energy employees shall not manually lift an item weighing more than 50 lbs., they shall utilize mechanical assistance devices.
