Leading the go-to-market strategy for capital solutions, the full-time Director of Marketing Strategy will define positioning and messaging, serve as an authority on capital providers, and equip commercial teams to effectively engage sophisticated investors in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own go-to-market strategy for capital solutions, including audience segmentation and launch narratives Define differentiated positioning and value propositions for the capital provider audience Turn market and customer insights into strategic recommendations for engaging capital providers Required qualifications 8+ years in B2B marketing or marketing strategy, with experience in a startup or high-growth environment Professional experience in financial services and direct exposure to institutional investors Proven track record of setting strategy and influencing senior stakeholders Experience supporting multi-product organizations with diverse buyer personas Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear positioning
