This role coordinates priorities, communications, and critical business activities to support efficient operations and successful execution of site initiatives. By ensuring strong organization and alignment, the Executive Assistant helps enable business performance, employee engagement, and overall site success.Managing Schedules and Appointments: Organizing and maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other assistantsCommunication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact ensuring clear and effective communication through site memos, crew meetings, notifications, etc.Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, preparing reports, presentations, and managing office supplies and documentation to support daily operations.Event Coordination: Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and customer visits, ensuring all logistical details are managed smoothly.Project Management: Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.Knowledge And Expertise That Matter Most For This Role:Required:High School Diploma or equivalent.2+ years of administrative supportExperience using and building Microsoft SharePoint functionalityExcellence in the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience communicating with high level officials and external partiesStrong written communication/writing capability for formal enterprise-wide communicationsPreferred:Associate's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, English or commensurate experienceProject management skillsExperience with SharePointHow We Will Care For You:We offer top-notch benefits, including medical, dental, vision, company bonus plan, 401(K) match and more.
