Technical Sourcer

Zoox is growing our recruiting team with a technical sourcer. This role will be in support of the teams responsible with verifying the safety of our robotaxi platform. The roles will be a mixture of AI software, systems engineering, software development, and system verification. Candidates should expect to work on a wide variety of roles in niche areas that require strong sourcing campaigns. This role will be based out of San Diego, CA.


In this role, you will...

• Qualify and understand job requirements
• Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• Build a pipeline of engineering talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full cycle sourcing experience
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
• Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
• Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting/sourcing systems or software positions
• Experience working for a recruiting agency or sourcing in-house
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
• Experience recruiting for AI Software

$113,000 - $136,000 a year

Base Salary Range

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
