Thought Leader Liaison, Nephrology- Central

Associate Director role serving as primary commercial liaison to key medical experts and nephrology stakeholders in central US. Develops external advocacy, gathers marketplace insights, and supports strategic engagement initiatives across current and future indications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather insights and create regional commercial plans to advance key account adoption across disease states
• Identify, profile, and engage Key Medical Experts within transplant and nephrology communities
• Synthesize field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform strategy
• Support regional and national congress planning and coordinate KME engagement at scientific meetings
• Partner with marketing, medical, sales, and compliance teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years marketing, field sales, or thought leader liaison experience
• Rare disease and/or nephrology field-based experience required
• Strategic thinking with ability to collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and insight-generation skills with complex information synthesis
• Ability to manage competing priorities across large geography with 60-70% travel

Compensation: $180,000–$247,500 base
