Job Description Job Description Our client is a successful and growing organization looking to identify an experienced Bookkeeper . This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys managing day-to-day financial operations and keeping the books accurate for a multi-million-dollar business ($6MM+ annually) . Position Overview The Bookkeeper will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping activities, including Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , billing, and general financial record maintenance. This position supports operational expenses such as truck toll tags, vehicle registrations , and recurring bill payments, while ensuring timely invoicing and cash flow accuracy. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day bookkeeping functions with accuracy and consistency Manage Accounts Payable , including vendor bills, truck toll tag charges, registrations, and recurring expenses Handle Accounts Receivable , including invoicing customers and applying payments Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain organized financial records Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close activities Maintain and update financial data in QuickBooks Online Generate basic financial reports and support leadership with accounting insights Use Microsoft Excel to track, reconcile, and analyze financial data Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and general bookkeeping practices Experience supporting a high-volume or multi-million-dollar operation Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Specialized Recruiting Group
