Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by each client, formulating accurate diagnoses to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with California regulations and ethical standards, including treatment records and progress notes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in ongoing clinical supervision (for pre-licensed staff) to enhance therapeutic skills and client care outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, providing referrals and integrating services for clients requiring additional support.

Qualifications\n

• Hold an active LMFT license in good standing in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
