responsibilities:

• Provide full-time, on-site technical supervision and oversight for extensive earthworks, foundation construction, and proof rolling observations.

• Identify construction issues or deviations early and coordinate prompt corrective actions with subcontractors, construction teams, and home-office engineering.

• Review vendor submittals and laboratory test results to integrate robust, safe engineering solutions into the design and construction phases.

• Maintain comprehensive field documentation, including the preparation of daily field reports, inspection records, and quality/nonconformance reports (NCRs).

• Coordinate daily with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, construction, and safety personnel while tracking project scope, schedule, and budget.
