Account Manager

This is a great opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. The role involves working alongside a Field Manager and local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
- Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
- Lead activity and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Essential Skills
- 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
- Experience in outside/field sales.
- CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.
- Account management.
- Outside sales.
- Business development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in field sales is a plus.
- Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
- Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.
- High sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
- Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
- Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.
Work Environment
The role involves being on the road 3-5 days a week with the remainder of the time working from home. Travel will be required within areas near Salina and McPherson. The position offers a reimbursement of $0.725 per mile and a $50 monthly phone bill expense. Additionally, there are commission opportunities per partner application and for reaching specific launch milestones.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.50/hr.
