Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback.

• Conduct individual therapy, couples sessions, and group therapy meetings, adapting your approach to meet diverse client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems approaches, to facilitate client progress.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care and refer clients to specialized resources when applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing chronic mental health conditions, couples experiencing relational challenges, and families needing structured guidance and support. Your role will be fundamental in helping them develop effective coping strategies and nurturing healthier relationships, thus enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.

• A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven expertise in individual and couples therapy, with familiarity in using various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong ethical standards and adherence to clinical best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
