The manager will play a hands-on role in nurturing/closing deals as well as a role in leveraging a scalable, repeatable sales process and methodology. Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segmentsDevelop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenueManage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of dealsUtilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodologyRecruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvementAbility to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual salesDirectly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with repsDirector of Sales to develop a strong lead-gen engineInnovate and automate upon current infrastructure and sales systems to further growthSales Expertise: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industryData-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive decisions and optimize sales processes Leadership and Management: Experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs. Coaching and Mentorship: Commitment to providing continuous training, feedback, and support to sales team members.
