In this role, you will support machine operation, material handling, product flow, and basic production tasks in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Day-to-day work may include positioning materials, staging finished goods, monitoring equipment, and completing paperwork to help maintain accurate stock levels. You will work around production machinery and follow established safety and quality procedures. Strong candidates are reliable, hands-on, comfortable following instructions, and able to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active work and wants to build experience in a production setting.

• Compensation: $22.24 per hour

• Job Site Location: Romeoville, Illinois

• Shift:

• 2nd shift 3:30pm to 12 am

• 3rd shift 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

• Employment Type: Temp to hire

• Anticipated Start Date: All will train on 1st shift for a month or so before transitioning : 7am to 3:30 pm

• Weekly Pay

• Machine operator experience or ability to learn machine operation tasks

• Ability to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production standards

• Comfortable working in an active warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Reliable attendance and ability to complete assigned work on schedule

• Ability to complete initial training before transitioning to the assigned schedule

• Experience reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements

• Experience setting stops or guides to specified lengths using a scale, rule, or template

• Ability to position workpieces against stops or align layout marks with a die or blade

• Experience activating production equipment using buttons, pedals, or similar controls

• Ability to manage raw materials to help keep equipment running efficiently

• Experience staging finished goods to maintain efficient product flow

• Ability to complete production paperwork to support accurate stock levels

• Experience observing machine operation to identify workpiece defects or equipment issues

• Ability to measure workpiece dimensions to help confirm machine accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
