Responsibilities Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Generate quotes and present coverage options. Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency growth goals. Qualifications Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
