Steve DiOrio State Farm is seeking a driven and personable Business Development Representative to help grow our agency by building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are motivated by results, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a supportive, community-focused team, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Educate clients on State Farm products including auto, home, life, and financial services
• Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Represent the agency at community events and local networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)

About Our Agency

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
