La Petite Grocery, a long-standing New Orleans restaurant with over 20 years of history and strong guest loyalty, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to help lead the next chapter of the kitchen.

The Chef de Cuisine will oversee daily kitchen operations, lead and develop the culinary team, and collaborate on menu evolution while ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.

Responsibilities

Lead daily kitchen operations and service
Maintain culinary standards and consistency
Support menu development and seasonal changes
Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team
Ensure organization, efficiency, and food safety standards

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a high-level restaurant kitchen
Strong culinary technique and attention to detail
Ability to lead and develop a team
Commitment to consistency, discipline, and hospitality
