Job Title: Remote Client Engagement Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full Time

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 USD/Monthly.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Position Overview

Our Client is Los Angeles's leading hillside masonry and structural concrete specialist, taking on retaining walls, foundations, and complex hillside engineering projects that other contractors avoid. Committed to delivering a white-glove, concierge-level experience in an industry historically known for poor customer communication, they prioritize speed, clarity, and exceptional service at every customer touchpoint. Driven by rapid growth in their sales operations, they rely on sharp client engagement professionals to manage inbound leads, elevate intake conversations, and drive contract execution.

The Role

Our Client is seeking a whip-smart, service-oriented Client Engagement Coordinator to own the front end of their client experience. Serving as the vital link between initial prospect inquiry and signed contract handoff, this professional will manage rapid inbound lead response, execute structured intake conversations, keep sales calendars full, and run disciplined proposal follow-ups. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager during U.S. Pacific business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST), this seat combines concierge-level client support with proactive sales development rigor, backed by weekly professional sales coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Speed-to-Lead, Call Coverage & Appointment Booking

• Responds to all inbound leads within minutes during business hours, ensuring zero lead decay.
• Answers live inbound calls warmly, knowledgeably, and authoritatively, cross-covering with team members to maintain high live-answer rates.
• Conducts thorough intake conversations to gather key hillside property details and books qualified appointments onto the sales team's calendars.
• Sends automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and virtual consultation links to minimize no-show rates.

Proposal Follow-Through, Contract Execution & CRM Hygiene

• Issues official contracts within 24 hours of project go-ahead and assists in getting proposals sent out the same day they are ready.
• Owns multi-channel follow-up sequences (calls, texts, emails) on outstanding proposals and agreements, tracking e-signatures through to completion.
• Warmly transfers conversations involving pricing, scope changes, or sales objections directly to Account Executives.
• Maintains strict CRM hygiene within every record, ensuring accurate pipeline stages, documented next steps, and specific loss/parked reasons.
• Leverages internal AI tools daily for proposal creation and intake optimization while logging customer review requests upon job completion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Speed to First Response: Under 5 minutes for inbound leads during business hours.
• Live Call Answer Rate: 90% or higher during business hours.
• Contract Turnaround: 100% of contracts issued within 24 hours of go-ahead.
• Proposal Cadence Discipline: 100% follow-up held on active proposals; zero silent deals past 7 days.
• CRM Hygiene Standard: 100% accuracy on pipeline stage, next step, and lost/parked tracking reasons.

Required Qualifications

• Concierge Service Instinct: Exceptional customer-facing instinct with a warm, polished, and empathetic communication style.
• Fluent English Skills: Advanced written and spoken English communication skills capable of crafting clear, persuasive, and professional emails and texts.
• CRM & Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated proficiency in CRM management, digital scheduling platforms, and genuine comfort adapting to modern AI workflow tools.
• Sales Discipline & Coachability: Comfortable being coached like a sales professional, applying weekly objection-handling training to intake conversations.
• Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work dedicated full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
• Remote Work Infrastructure: Quiet dedicated workspace, personal computer, professional headset, and a high-speed, stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential construction, home services, trades, real estate, or high-touch luxury service industries.
• Demonstrated background handling high-volume inbound leads and rapid follow-up workflows.
