About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic VP of Sales to lead its rapidly growing business segment. The successful candidate will be the senior commercial leader for a critical market segment, responsible for defining go-to-market strategy, expanding relationships with various types of data center customers, and positioning innovative cooling technologies. This role requires a proven sales professional with a minimum of 5 years' of heat transfer sales experience in the data center industry, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education. The VP of Sales will be expected to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Executive-level customer relationships, strategic selling capabilities, and the ability to influence long-term business decisions are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling highly engineered mechanical or thermal management solutions into mission-critical facilities and experience with hyperscale cloud providers, colocation companies, semiconductor manufacturers, or AI infrastructure customers. The role demands a leader with a proven record of revenue growth, experience in complex technical markets, and the ability to guide forecasting, pipeline development, and overall sales performance metrics. The VP of Sales will also be involved in complex commercial negotiations, and executive-level customer engagements, and will be expected to travel approximately 50% nationwide. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills are a must, as is the willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment focused on innovation, operational excellence, and customer success.
