What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care to adult patients (70% Oncology, 30% Hematology)
• Manage an average of 22 patients daily, including new consults
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in clinic activities with some hospital-based responsibilities (5%)
• Assist with ongoing patient management and treatment planning
• Contribute to patient education and support within the clinic setting

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Kentucky
• Hematology and Oncology experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Familiarity with outpatient oncology/hematology care
