Contact Center Specialist

This role is ideal for a proactive, member-focused professional who thrives on accuracy, clear communication, and making a positive impact through every call or email. Your daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Responding to member inquiries by phone or email, courteously and professionally, assisting with account information, transactions, and proactively resolving issues. Following all established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Clearly communicating policies, products, and services to members. Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions. Qualifications: 1-2 years prior experience working in a financial institution (credit union or bank) required.
