Candidates must have a current and active Psychiatric Technician License with no Disciplinary Actions.

Under general supervision, incumbents administer care to forensic, LPS and medically fragile patients; assist in planning and evaluation of nursing care; provide a basic level of general behavioral and psychiatric nursing care; and are expected to facilitate the rehabilitation of forensic clients and patients. Candidates must be willing to work in any Unit/Program and any shift to meet the needs of the facility.

TRAINING EXPECTATIONS: If selected, it is mandatory that you attend New Employee Orientation (NEO) in its entirety. NEO can be scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for up to 30 days for level of care staff (clinical).
