Staff Accountant
Financial Additions
Financial Additions is searching for a Staff Accountant with full-cycle accounting and oil & gas experience. This is an onsite position located in the uptown area of Dallas, but a few days each month can be remote. This is a permanent role, and they are eager to hire! Pay will be based on experience. Responsibilities include :Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliation sMonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end close dutie sSupport internal and external audits by providing requested documentation
- Review bank and general ledger account reconciliations
- Review vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
- Manage vendor relationships, vendor master files, and invoice discrepancies
- Coordinate weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs
- Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments while taking advantage of available discounts
