Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Records in Warrenton VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols monitor assigned areas support access control activities and maintain a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to patients visitors and staff while contributing to a caring professional environment. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances checking credentials as required and directing visitors to appropriate locations.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
