Position Overview We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client's finance team in Statesville, NC. This position plays a key role in supporting business decisions through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, monitor business performance, and help drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and refine financial models, ad hoc analyses, and business cases to support operational and strategic decision-making. Prepare financial forecasts, analyze business performance, and communicate results to leadership. Perform profitability and margin analysis across customers, products, and sales channels. Analyze key drivers of financial performance, including pricing, volume, and cost. Support month-end financial reporting and variance analysis. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities not reflected in standard reporting. Evaluate the financial impact of proposed investments and business initiatives. Provide financial data and reporting support to business leaders and the finance team. Participate in and lead small-scale finance projects and process improvement initiatives. Monitor inventory performance and support inventory tracking activities. Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation for new product development projects. Support accounting functions including purchase orders, revenue accruals, and product costing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar corporate finance role. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability analysis, and key business metrics. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Why Apply?
