Job Description

Pay: $17.10 per hour

Job Summary: A Manufacturing & Production Worker creates, builds, assembles, and verifies factory items. Hours: 6AM-2PM Monday-Friday. Overtime as required.

Duties:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble products according to specifications.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor production processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Participate in safety and training programs.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Any prior experience in factory work is an asset for a Manufacturing & Production Worker.
• They will learn on-the-job, but practical experience using tools or machinery, or working as part of a production line, will prepare the applicant for the role.
• General laborers already have a basic understanding of how to manage the workflow.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to participate in training and development programs.
