A leading grocery distribution organization is seeking a people-first leader to guide retail and warehouse operations nationwide. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, building strong teams and community relationships within a stable and growing company. New store opening this fall!

Grocery Manager Benefits & Compensation

Salary $80K–$90K , plus bonus eligibility up to $40K annually
Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 90 days

Grocery Manager Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse management experience
Proven background in P&L, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention
Positive leadership style with a people-first mentality
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Grocery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee the entire operation of both warehouse and retail environments
Directly supervise, guide, coach, and mentor team members
Build genuine guest connections and foster strong business relationships
Promote community engagement and involvement
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
