• Identify, prospect, and qualify B2B leads in the wholesale sector, using advanced techniques to assess fit and potential.
• Translate technical product features and specifications into clear, non-technical business benefits for diverse buyer audiences.
• Develop persuasive written proposals and deliver verbal presentations that address customer needs and project goals.
• Handle and resolve objections using consultative selling methods and solid product understanding.
• Document sales interactions and record customer feedback with the level of detail needed to provide actionable inputs for AI training.
• Engage with long sales cycles, demonstrating persistence and skill in nurturing complex opportunities.
• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators to ensure deliverables are accurate, relevant, and high quality.

• Required skills: B2B lead prospecting and qualification, communicating a technical value proposition to non-technical buyers, objection handling, basic technical product knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years performing technical B2B sales, preferably in wholesale or other complex solution environments.
• Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, and advancing leads through long-term consultative sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill technical information into business value propositions.
• Background in engineering, science, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
• Track record of effective objection handling and closing strategies in technical sales contexts.
• Comfort and proficiency working independently in a remote project environment.
• Previous experience providing feedback or documentation to support training or process improvement is a plus.
