General Manager – Iron Shield Roofing

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Iron Shield Roofing is seeking a driven, operationally focused General Manager to lead our Colorado Springs market. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, production, customer experience, recruiting, financial results, and team development.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a background in residential roofing or home services who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and knows how to build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the Colorado Springs branch.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop sales, production, and office personnel.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, installation, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Oversee residential roofing projects from contract through final completion.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards.
• Manage budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and branch financials.
• Build relationships with homeowners, vendors, insurance partners, and referral sources.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in residential roofing, construction, or home services.
• Previous experience managing sales and operations teams.
• Strong understanding of roofing production, insurance restoration, and retail roofing sales preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
• Experience managing branch financial performance and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with CRM and project management software.
