E-commerce Sales & Customer Service Representative
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: Fashion / Apparel
We are a growing fashion apparel company looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused E-commerce Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This position will be responsible for supporting our online sales channels, communicating with customers, processing and following up on orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, comfortable working with multiple online platforms, and has a strong interest in fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, shipping updates, and order status to customers
- Process and follow up on customer orders and purchase orders
- Assist with online sales and develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate customer and order information
- Work with warehouse, sales representatives, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve order issues
- Follow up on backorders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and other customer service matters
- Assist with Faire, NuORDER, and other e-commerce/wholesale platforms
- Upload and maintain product information, images, inventory, and pricing when needed
- Monitor orders and ensure customers receive accurate and timely updates
- Help identify opportunities to increase online sales and repeat business
- Perform other sales and customer service tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, inside sales, or wholesale sales
- Fashion/apparel industry experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good English communication skills
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus
- Comfortable using computers, email, Excel, and online business platforms
- Experience with Faire, NuORDER, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and professional communication style

Fashion industry experience and existing customer service/sales experience are highly valued.
