Job Details Position: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele) Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Assignment Length: 13 weeks Weekly Hours: 36 hours Shift: 12-hour nights Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 - $2,370 Start Date: 10/31/2026 Orientation: 16 hours Job Requirements Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission Current ACLS , BLS , and NIHSS certifications required and active at time of submission One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months Must meet COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements; medical or religious exemptions only Must complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Must be eligible to complete BCI/FBI fingerprints within 48 hours of signing Ability to complete all compliance and onboarding requirements before start date Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to adult telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns appropriately Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to clinical standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately and on time Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care Follow unit protocols, patient safety guidelines, and all compliance procedures Why Consider This Travel RN Opportunity?
