VP, New Business Development (Creative Agency)

We are partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing creative agency seeking a senior business development leader from the advertising, creative, marketing, digital, media, or integrated agency sector. Applicants should have a proven track record of winning and growing agency client relationships and selling agency services. This is an opportunity for an accomplished business development professional to join a founder-led environment, take ownership of new revenue generation, and influence commercial strategy at the highest level. Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise solutions within an agency or marketing services environment is required. The Opportunity This role is focused on winning new enterprise clients, developing strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, and creating a repeatable growth engine within a growing organization. You\'ll have significant influence over go-to-market strategy, target account development, and the future structure of the commercial function. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise client relationships. Build relationships with senior business leaders and key stakeholders. Generate new opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and personal market relationships. Develop and execute account strategies that lead to meaningful revenue growth. Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution. Manage proposals, presentations, and competitive pitch processes. Navigate multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level decision makers. Develop and execute a clear go-to-market plan. Identify priority industries, target accounts, and growth opportunities. Create and implement a practical roadmap for generating early wins. Contribute to broader commercial and growth planning as the business evolves. Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Support major business development initiatives and strategic pursuits. Help establish the foundation for a scalable commercial organization. Potentially recruit, develop, and lead future sales talent as the business grows.
