Production Specialist Responsibilities:

• Gather materials for assembly teams and verify work orders to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct visual inspections of parts to confirm quality standards are met.
• Move finished products to the paint area and organize them by paint type and scheduled dates.
• Support and uphold the department's 5S and housekeeping requirements.
• Complete training and assist with assembly-related responsibilities as needed, including NEMA assembly, motor end bell turning, and other assembly operations.
• Contribute actively to company initiatives focused on suggestions, quality improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reduction efforts.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements for Production Specialist:

• Lift up to 50lbs
• Stand on feet and move around for 8 to 12 hours
