This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you the freedom to connect with clients from the comfort of your chosen environment. As a therapist with Serene Souls, you can also select your preferred hours from Monday to Friday, providing the ultimate balance between your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and establish an understanding of their individual circumstances.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, ensuring they receive a roadmap to achieve their mental health aspirations.

• Engage in evidence-based therapy, providing individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing solid therapeutic approaches that facilitate recovery and resilience.

• Capitalize on your teletherapy skills to deliver effective and confidential virtual sessions, adapting techniques to individual client needs and preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention services as situations arise, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing tailored therapeutic strategies, you will foster a warm and supportive atmosphere that empowers clients to understand and overcome their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage your caseload and maintain accurate records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
