Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Aberdeen, WA. Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,218-$2,350 per week, guaranteed 36 hours. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital ER with travel temporary assignment responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to ED patients, including rapid assessment, stabilization, monitoring, and ongoing re-evaluation
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and assist with emergent interventions as ordered
- Perform triage, manage patient flow, prioritize care, and collaborate with physicians, charge nurse, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (Meditech knowledge is helpful but not required)
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed, supervise junior staff, and ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Communicate clearly with patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and adhere to safety and protocol standards

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state license with the following verifications: approved 6-hour suicide training and demographics verification from Nursys
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
- Emergency Department nursing experience; strong teamwork and procedural proficiency; charge experience required
- RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract; full availability for scheduling
- Ability to work nights in a fast-paced ED environment
- EMR experience is beneficial; Meditech knowledge is helpful but not required
