Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, working diligently to establish rapport, build trust, and maintain professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, review upcoming appointments, and provide support for discharges as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and adheres to a Fee-for-Service model ensuring financial transparency and stability. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections, removing delays in reimbursement.
