Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain upon hiring)
• Experience working with young children in educational or clinical environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices
• Ability to work both independently and within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students ages 3-5
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a school setting
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute insights to IEP meetings and develop goals in partnership with families and educators
