Execute mogul's Purpose mogul's Niche About the role mogul is scaling fast, and every deal we put under contract needs a steady hand to carry it from signed contract to closed asset and beyond. We're hiring a Transaction & Closings Manager to be that operational backbone for our real estate team. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional seat. You'll sit at the center of our deal flow, working closely with acquisitions, asset management, and every external partner in a transaction. In addition to transaction coordination, you'll be a key operational conduit between acquisitions and asset management. You'll also be expected to build the processes you run and lean on AI to streamline how the work gets done. Key Responsibilities Transaction Coordination. Own every live deal from executed contract through close, serving as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders throughout. Take ownership of each deal once acquisitions gets it under contract Kick off the deal with the lender, title and insurance Coordinate inspections and appraisals Manage all closing financials — earnest money, appraisal payments, closing wires and every transaction involved in closing the property Coordinate the signings with title/notary/signers Gather and satisfy all conditions and document requests from lenders, underwriters, insurance, title, and any other stakeholder — the routine, recurring asks and the ad hoc ones alike Own the closing timeline end to end, keeping every milestone on track to close on or before the contracted date Automate as much of the process as humanly possible with AI, and work with team members to make the process smarter over time Asset Management Handoff. Ensure every deal transitions cleanly from acquisitions into operations, and support asset management on an ongoing basis. Own a seamless, detailed handoff and knowledge transfer between acquisitions and asset management Onboard property management teams ahead of closing so they're ready to operate day one Complete loan servicer registrations and payment arrangements. Oversee utility setups via third party for all properties Communicate post-closing needs — including repairs surfaced in inspection report findings Support the asset management team with ad hoc needs as they arise Qualifications Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination at an institutional level managing 50-100 concurrent transactions Deep understanding of real estate transactions and closing processes Exceptional organization, attention to detail and follow-through Comfort owning financial transactions and coordinating with external partners across the full transaction lifecycle (title, insurance, inspections, appraisals, lending) A process-builder's instinct: you don't just do the work, you design how it should be done Demonstrated ability (or genuine excitement) to leverage AI to automate workflows and increase throughput Clear communicator who can coordinate across multiple internal and external parties simultaneously Driven to move fast, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward autonomous execution Microsoft Office Suite and modern messaging systems (Slack, Teams, etc.) Nice to Have Familiarity with entity formation, state compliance filings, and LLC buyer transactions Experience with a spend/payments platform such as Ramp Familiarity with co-living, short-term rental, or alternative rental strategies What mogul Offers Opportunity to advance the entire real estate industry and become part of the new face of real estate.
