Join The Brass Rail as a Kitchen Manager and play a pivotal role in our dynamic culinary team. This full-service restaurant offers a fast-paced environment where creativity and leadership come together. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that our high standards for food quality and service are maintained while supporting our talented staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the general manager and head chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Manage and lead kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee kitchen maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and manage cost of goods to optimize profitability.
- Implement and maintain food safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the restaurant.
