A successful Conversion Analyst at Fiserv plays a client-facing role, responsible for analyzing and converting customer, account, and financial data to the Finxact core. This position involves testing converted data, advising on user verification and acceptance, conducting joint data mapping exercises, documenting final data mapping requirements, and performing mock conversion validations.
